Ways to Help Manage Stress in College

Managing stress is so important in college so you don't burn out. Here are a couple ideas that you can do as a student to stress less when in school.

  • Go for walks

  • Yoga

  • Take breaks and go back to your work later

  • Stress toys

  • Have a mental health day

  • Talk to family and friends

  • Do self-care (face masks, skincare, nails, movie night, etc)
