Managing stress is so important in college so you don't burn out. Here are a couple ideas that you can do as a student to stress less when in school.
Go for walks
Yoga
Take breaks and go back to your work later
Stress toys
Have a mental health day
Talk to family and friends
Do self-care (face masks, skincare, nails, movie night, etc)
